oversee and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (electrical, plumbing, hvac, etc)

- manage and monitor service orders and maintenance tickets
- liaise with vendors and contractors
- conduct regular inspections and ensure all facilities meet safety and operational standards
- coordinate cleaning, reception, pantry, and waste management services
- monitor soft service providers' performance and quality delivery
- ensure workplace experience standards are consistently met across all sites
- rotate across zentralia, toreo, and work polanco as operational needs require
- ensure consistency of facilities standards and procedures across all locations
- serve as the primary point of contact for building management and landlords at each site
