your tasks

- manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational, administrative, professional, and leadership positions within the service center.
- partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
- develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- assess candidates against technical qualifications, competencies, and organizational culture fit.
- coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- present qualified candidate shortlists and hiring recommendations to managers.
- ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- provide timely communication regarding application status and next steps.
- act as the main point of contact for candidates during the hiring process.
- build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- participate in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.




- represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and university recruitment activities.

your profile

- bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- experience sourcing and recruiting professional and specialized talent.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- customer-focused approach with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
