Responsibilities:

Support development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned commodities through market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and alignment with regional and general purchasingobjectives(QCD, cost, innovation).

Own assigned commodity sourcing activities, including supplier relationship management, supplierselection, qualification activities, RFQs, commercial negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives in alignment with regional purchasingobjectives.

Ensureaccurateandtimelydata management in sourcing tools (e.g., TEMPO), including RFQ inputs, sourcing decisions, and documentation.

Develop target pricing in collaboration with engineering and finance using should-costing and benchmarking methodologies to support sourcing decisions and productivity initiatives.

Supportpurchasingdeliverables related to assigned programs, engineering changes, resourcing activities, and supplier transfers whilemaintainingtiming and supply continuity.

Monitor supplier performance against QCD targets, drive improvementactivities, andidentify, escape, and support mitigation of supplier and supply chain risks, including capacity, financial, and delivery risks, to ensure business continuity.





Manage commercial agreements and ensure compliance with purchasing procedures,contractual requirements, ethical standards, and sustainabilityobjectives.

Profile:

Minimum 3-5 years in purchasing, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environment

Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and commercial negotiations

Experience managing both program-related and serial lifepurchasingactivities

Strong knowledge of customer requirements and industry standards

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

SAP experience preferred

Skilled in negotiation and contract management

Strong analytical and presentation skills

Technical understanding of production processes, manufacturing equipment, and tooling

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain flows

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills

Results-driven with ability tooperateunder pressure and manage complexity
