Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).




- 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, cloud operations, or IT infrastructure support.
- Foundational knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Basic understanding of Linux and/or Windows Server administration.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and firewalls.
- Understanding of storage, backup, and disaster recovery concepts.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools.
- Basic scripting experience using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
