Role: Infor SyteLine Consultant - Technical Support

We need a Spanish‑speaking Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) Senior Application Support Consultant based in Mexico with strong experience in ERP AMS support, manufacturing modules, and technical customization.

The role focuses on

- L2/L3 support for SyteLine ERP
- Custom development using Infor Mongoose, IDOs, forms, event handlers
- SQL Server scripting (T‑SQL, stored procedures, triggers)
- ERP integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Reporting (SSRS, SSIS, Birst)
- Manufacturing ERP processes (MRP, Inventory, Production, Procurement, Order Mgmt)
- Version upgrades (v8 → v9 → v10)
- Incident resolution, RCA, enhancements, data corrections
- Monitoring interfaces, batch jobs, integrations
- Working with business users + technical teams
- SLA‑driven AMS environment

Required Experience

- 6–10 years total IT experience
- 4+ years Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial
- 4+ years Manufacturing ERP
- 3+ years AMS support (L2/L3)
- 3+ years SQL Server
