Job Description

The HR Location Specialist supports the implementation of local Human Resources strategies, policies, and programs to ensure an efficient and compliant workplace. This role partners with business leaders and employees in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, talent development, performance management, training, compensation, HR administration, and employee engagement. The position ensures compliance with labor legislation and company standards while driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of local HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with general and regional standards.
- Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and talent management activities.
- Coordinate performance management, training, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting and data integrity.
- Coordinate employee services and engagement initiatives, including communication and employer branding activities.




- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
- Support compensation and benefits processes, annual salary reviews, and HR administration.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and support HR systems implementation.
- Promote a positive work environment while supporting organizational effectiveness and company values.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and HR operations.
- Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law and HR compliance.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
