TechTree is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist (Contractor) in Mexico (Remote) to independently troubleshoot complex API, integration, and telephony issues, translating technical findings for customers and internal teams while managing your own workload. You’ll use REST APIs, HTTP, webhooks, GCP tools, and SQL to investigate logs; Python reading and possibly JS/Node.js/React will help. This role is fast-paced, autonomous, with strong communication.
