We are looking for a Junior Business Development Representative based in CDMX to support B2B growth through proactive prospecting and outbound sales activities. This role is idóneo for a driven sales professional with strong cold-calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You Have

~1.5+ years of experience working in a sales environment (B2B experience is desirable).

~ Strong experience in cold calling and lead prospecting within a B2B environment.

~ Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand products and services.

~ Experience handling high-volume outbound calling.

~ Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.

~ Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). You Will

Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.





Develop strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client needs and requirements.

Proactively identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks that may impact satisfaction or product usage.

Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.

Manage a high volume of customer and prospect interactions via phone and email, with the majority of communication being outbound.

Collaborate closely with your team and management to ensure a professional and consistent customer experience.

Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure all customer and prospect data is accurate and up to date.

Execute sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, customer advocacy, and contract renewals.

Work as part of a sales team and report directly to a Sales Manager.
