Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Frontend Developer to drive the design, development, and optimization of modern web applications. The adecuado candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills, guiding a team of frontend developers while collaborating closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and development of responsive and user-friendly web applications.

Manage, mentor, and support a team of frontend developers through code reviews, coaching, and technical guidance.

Define and enforce frontend development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality user interfaces.

Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Drive technical decision-making, technology selection, and frontend roadmap planning.

Ensure application quality through testing, debugging, and performance monitoring.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project estimation activities.

Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,



Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of experience in frontend web development.

2+ years of experience leading or mentoring development teams.

Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Context API, NgRx, Pinia, etc.).

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
