CEVA Mexico is excited to invite applications for the role of Logistics Operations Manager, a key leadership position. Situated at our state-of-the-art Mexico City facility, this opportunity offers the chance to lead and shape the operations of our Warehouse Operations team in an environment committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a results-driven and hands-on Logistics Operations Manager to lead and oversee warehouse and logistics operations within our Contract Logistics business.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, driving efficiency, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service delivery. As a key operational leader, you will be responsible for managing daily site activities, developing high-performing teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class supply chain solutions. Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound,



and inventory control processes Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions Lead, coach, and develop a diverse workforce across multiple shifts Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture focused on accountability and engagement Support talent development and succession planning initiatives Ensure accurate inventory control and minimize shrinkage Implement best practices to protect product integrity and ensure quality standards Act as a key liaison between operations, transportation, procurement, and customer service teams Coordinate with external vendors and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution Manage relationships with third-party providers and contractors Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field ~5–8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain ~ Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory management systems, and operational KPIs ~ Experience in contract logistics or manufacturing environments ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights ~ Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred By joining CEVA Mexico as a Logistics Operations Manager, you become part of a global logistics leader dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
