We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Change Management Intern to join our team. You will support the planning and implementation of initiatives aimed at facilitating organizational change, helping us to successfully adapt to new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

- Assist in creating and updating change management plans.
- Support communication efforts related to change initiatives.
- Participate in organizing workshops and training sessions.
- Assist with documentation and tracking of change-related activities.
- Coordinate with various teams involved in change projects.

Qualifications

- Final year student or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or related field.
- Strong interest in organizational change and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with change management concepts is a plus.
