About the role

As our Tijuana Site Quality Manager, you will lead the site's Quality function, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company standards while driving a culture of quality excellence. You will oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), support product and process quality improvements, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction. As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will provide strategic quality leadership and help ensure the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality products.

Your responsibilities

- Provide overall leadership in the areas of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, quality control laboratory functions, documentation control,



quality audit functions, both internally and with contract manufacturers and packagers.
- Assure that all product specifications and all regulatory requirements have been satisfied prior to the final release of any product into the distribution channel.
- Implement and maintain all Vestacy/Tijuana quality policies and procedures.
- Ensure all appropriate plant SOPs are utilized and proper tools and techniques are used.
- Develop and implement training in Quality Systems to achieve consumer satisfaction objectives.
- Responsible for all aspects of plant quality systems.
- Participate in site management to include appropriate interface and cooperation with the Regional Quality Manager and the regional Quality team.
- Partner with General Initiative Lead to prioritize programs and projects and to ensure quality improvement activities.
- Provide quality focus and leadership to team development process, responsible for quality employee hiring, training, and retention.
- Conduct systems, products, suppliers, and cross and corporate audits applicable.
- Perform additional duties including managing customers, internal audits, local EMOs and EMO audits,



and other requirements requested by the Site Director or Regional Quality Head.

The experience we are looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible quality assignments in CPG, Foods & Beverages, Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experienced in quality systems such as ISO 9000, GMP, HACCP, etc.
- Lead Audit Certification or internal auditor.
- Excellent technical skills and experience with validation, process improvement
- Strong project management experiences with demonstrable problem-solving skills.
- Independent and self-starting with the resilience needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate others, showing strong interpersonal competence and team commitment.
