TCS is seeking skill professionals for a Service Management Analyst

Work location San Jose Chiapa, Puebla will work onsite, no hybrid modality

Job summary
Support IT Service Management ITSM processes and Service Level Management SLM activities by monitoring SLA performance, generating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and report on SLA, and KPI compliance.
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and performance reports.
Analyze service metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes.
Participate in service review meetings and stakeholder communications.
Maintain service documentation and process records.
Escalate service risks and SLA breaches when necessary.

Requirements
1 year of experience in ITSM, Service Desk, Service Delivery, or IT Operations.
Knowledge of ITIL and Service Level Management.
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or SC3.




Strong Power BI and Excel skills.
English written and spoken Medium.
