The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a leading advertising and creative agency, ensuring that projects and integrated marketing campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Creative, Client Services, Strategy, Production, and Project Management, while ensuring effective resource allocation, workload planning, operational efficiency, and high-quality project delivery.

The Operations Manager will develop and optimize internal processes, workflows, and operational standards to improve productivity, communication, collaboration, and accountability across teams. The position will also monitor project profitability, resource utilization, delivery KPIs, timelines, and overall operational performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to support operational planning, forecasting, reporting, capacity planning, and data-driven decision-making. They will identify operational risks, anticipate potential bottlenecks, and implement practical and scalable solutions to improve agency performance.

This position is adecuado for an experienced operations professional with a strong understanding of advertising, creative, marketing, digital, or media agency environments who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.





- 5–8 years of professional experience in Operations, Project Management, Agency Operations, or a related function.

- Previous experience in Advertising Agencies, Creative Agencies, Media Agencies, Marketing Agencies, or Digital Agencies.

- Proven experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of agency workflows, creative processes, production timelines, and client service.

- Advanced project management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with resource planning, process optimization, operational reporting, and performance monitoring.

- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.

- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

- Advanced English is required.
