- Deliver project initiation, approval, contract signing and pre-project compliance check.
- Build project teams, define milestones and full-cycle management mechanisms.
- Monitor progress, control risks and drive closed-loop issue resolution.

- Process Design 1. Design overseas warehouse OTC processes and organize demand alignment.
- Launch full-process operation drills, exception handling and standardized training.
- Establish unified warehouse operation, safety and on-site management systems.

- HR Allocation 1. Plan warehouse organization, manpower and arrange key staff deployment.

Promote customized WMS/SAP/ERP system iteration, testing and launch.
- Verify master data to ensure project launch data accuracy.

- Summarize exception cases and form reusable standardized solutions.

Requirements &

Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree or above in supply chain, engineering or related majors.

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin for work. 3. 8+ years 3 C electronics project management experience in supply chain & warehousing.

- Experienced in end-to-end warehouse process and distribution solution delivery.
