According to HQ strategic plan and budget, lead the execution of whole market sales target fulfillment and dealer management.

Develop and maintain effective strategic partnerships with dealers in the whole territory to ensure the achievement of the business goals of both the brand and retail partners.

Lead the monitoring of customer journey execution among dealers, including leads, test drive, introduction, contracting and financing.

Lead the monitoring and evaluation of dealer network, to provide analysis report and suggestion, to negotiate and achieve improvement.

Build and optimize sales management system, process and tools.

Plan, execute, supervise, administrate, control, and evaluate District sales strategies /activities according to the objectives of the corporation.

Daily basis follow-up Commercial activities pursuing annual objectives.





Ensure the necessary training and skills levels on the national sales team.

Visit dealers with low performance supporting the district sales managers, engaging general managers with higher challenges. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering or machinery engineering.

Professional experience: more than 10 years of work experience in automobile sales and dealer network management, more than 5 years as sales director.

Excellent management skills, preferably in projects involving site selection, architecture / construction approval processes and implementation of franchise standards.

Strong communication and coordination ability, planning ability and execution ability; English as working language.
