As a Purchase Order Follow-Up Analyst , you'll play a key role in ensuring materials are delivered on time by working closely with suppliers and collaborating with teams across the United States and Canada .

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers to track order status and resolve delivery issues.
- Identify potential supply risks and elevate them proactively.
- Coordinate urgent orders and support critical business needs.
- Maintain accurate purchase order information in SAP.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide updates on deliveries and material availability.
- Support manufacturing operations by helping ensure materials arrive when needed.
- Assist in resolving goods receipt and delivery discrepancies.




- Contribute to supplier performance tracking and continuous process improvement.

Who We're Looking For

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, International Business, or a related field.

- Fluent conversational English is mandatory. You will interact daily with colleagues, suppliers, and business partners across the United States and Canada , so strong verbal communication skills are essential.
