We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in Mexico City. This is a presential (on-site) position, and candidates must possess a minimum English proficiency level of B2. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in automating processes, managing cloud infrastructure, and optimizing software development pipelines.

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based infrastructure.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment, ensuring continuous integration and rapid delivery of high-quality code.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using modern tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
- Continuously monitor and optimize systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to build seamless integrations and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and security issues as they arise.
- Maintain compliance with security standards and best practices throughout all stages of the development and deployment process.
- Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a DevOps or similar engineering role.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Proven experience managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.
- Solid working knowledge of version control systems, including extensive experience with Git and platforms like GitLab and GitHub.
- Basic to intermediate programming/scripting skills in languages like Python, Java, or Go.
- Language: A minimum English level of B2 (speaking, reading, writing) is required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong teamwork capabilities, and effective communication.
