If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job Summary*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Operations manager** located in Guadalajara, North Campus.**Reporting to Sr Operation Manager, **Operations manager** this role involves* *overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.***What a typical day looks like:*** Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.* Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.* Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.* Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.* Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement,



production and engineering services policies and practices.* Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.* Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.* Coach and mentor Operations team.* Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.* Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.* Provide support to supply chain to integrate parts derived from the vertical integration or localization effort* Provide product training to the manufacturing/process engineers for better understanding of the product.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Completed education.* Experience as a Production Superintendent.* Knowledge of 5S methodology.* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).* Knowledge of 4Q (Excel).* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.* Experience with SMT, Backend, and Box Build processes.* Follow-up on Work Order closures.* English: intermediate* Experience supervising direct personnel and engineering teams (CFTs).* Availability to work versátil schedules**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.OC16## ## Job CategoryOperations
