Role: DBA - Senior Database Administrator (Oracle)

Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara (Andares)

We are currently looking to onboard a Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in Oracle, SQL, Oracle Database Appliance (ODA), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to support our critical database infrastructure and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases (19c/21c)
- Manage database environments across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD
- Perform database patching, upgrades, and migrations
- Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code
- Manage RMAN backups, restores, and disaster recovery processes
- Administer Oracle Database Appliance (ODA), including patching and monitoring
- Configure and support Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), including repositories and agents




- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Database Administration
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills
- Experience with ODI (installation, configuration, and support)
- Knowledge of ODA platform (deployment, patching using odacli)
- Expertise in RMAN backup and recovery
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Oracle Linux)
- Familiarity with Data Guard (RAC is a plus)
