About the Position:

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the Electronics team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

This position is based at our plant in PIVA Aguascalientes .

As the MAintenance Manager at Marelli,



you will be responsible for leading all maintenance activities at the Aguascalientes electronics manufacturing facility, ensuring high equipment availability, safe operations, reliable facilities, and continuous improvement of maintenance systems.

Your Responsibilities will be:

- Develop and lead the plant maintenance strategy aligned with business unit and site operational goals.
- Ensure reliable operation of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, test equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
- Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
- Lead corrective maintenance activities, ensuring fast response to equipment failures and production interruptions.
- Establish equipment maintenance standards, schedules, spare parts strategies, and technical documentation.
