Overview

In BYD we are looking for our next "Fleet Sales Manager " to support the commercial team, managing sales processes for fleet customers, ensuring clear coordination between internal departments and external clients. This role is key in maintaining up-to-date records, tracking orders, and providing excellent service throughout the sales cycle—from quotation to vehicle delivery.

It´s a Field Sales focused role, not related with Fleet Management, maintance or manufacture.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the end-to-end sales process for fleet clients, including quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery scheduling
- Act as the main liaison between the sales team, logistics, finance, and aftersales to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain updated records of fleet sales contracts, unit configurations, customer profiles, and delivery timelines
- Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals and presentations tailored to corporate clients
- Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with production and inventory teams to align delivery expectations
- Provide regular status updates to clients and ensure a high level of post-sale follow-up and satisfaction




- Track KPIs related to fleet sales performance, customer satisfaction, and delivery metrics
- Support tender processes and documentation for government or large-scale fleet opportunities
- Coordinate demo vehicle logistics, test drives, and customer product trainings in collaboration with technical teams

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive fleet sales and the mentioned activities. Less experience, other industries or experience will not be considered.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Fluent English language
- Able to travel nationwide
