Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure and facilities projects across integral locations. This role is responsible for driving complex, high-visibility initiatives involving network infrastructure, structured cabling, AV systems, physical security, and infrastructure modernization while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure project management, vendor and stakeholder management, and the ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective collaboration with global teams

Must Have





- 10+ years of IT Infrastructure & Facilities Project Management experience delivering large-scale enterprise infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in WAN/LAN/WLAN, structured cabling, MDF/IDF, DAS, Audio Visual (AV), physical security infrastructure, and network hardware refreshes .
- Proven experience managing server OS upgrades, patching, infrastructure modernization, vendor management, budgets, risks, and project governance .
- Hands-on proficiency with Smartsheet, Anaplan, Microsoft Project, Office 365, Tableau, Bluebeam, Lucidchart, and Zoom for project planning, reporting, and collaboration.
- Active PMP certification , Bachelor's degree, and fluency in English and Spanish with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
