Prepare and issue invoices to customers based on service agreements and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in billing details and compliance with contractual termsClosely collaborate with the local Project ManagerReview and reconcile billing data for completeness and accuracy, making necessary adjustments or correctionsCollaborate with sales, customer service, and project management teams to gather necessary information for billing and to resolve any billing-related issuesMaintain and update customer billing information and records in the billing systemAssist with the accounts receivable process, including recording payments and updating customer ledgersPerform AR, Revenue &
