Role Name: Project Manager

Location: On site Zona de Montes Urales

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact projects in the areas of Networking, Structured Cabling, and Data Centers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Project Management best practices (aligned with PMI standards), with experience managing technical projects in these domains. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution:
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational and client objectives.

- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, while adhering to PMI standards and industry best practices.

- Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

- Deliver regular progress updates, manage expectations, and address stakeholder concerns promptly.

- Technical Project Oversight:

- Manage projects involving Networking, Structured Cabling, and Data Centers, ensuring technical requirements are met.

- Collaborate with technical experts to oversee implementation and address project-related challenges.

- Risk & Quality Management:

- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.





- Ensure deliverables meet the required quality standards and project specifications.

- Budget & Resource Management:

- Monitor project budgets to ensure financial accountability and cost-efficiency.

- Optimize resource allocation and team workloads to achieve project milestones on time.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or CAPM) is strongly preferred.

- Experience:

- 5+ years of experience managing projects in Networking, Structured Cabling, and/or Data Center environments.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Technical Knowledge:

- Experience managing network-related projects without requiring in-depth knowledge of network protocols.

- Familiarity with structured cabling systems and standards (e.g., Commscope, Panduit, Siemon, Furukawa).

- Basic understanding of Data Center infrastructure and operations.

- Soft Skills:

- Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.

- Leadership skills to effectively guide cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on large-scale or general projects.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.

- Advanced certifications related to project management or technical disciplines.
