About the Role

Our People Operations team is growing — and we're looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of HR systems, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of HR technology and process projects, keeping complex initiatives on track and ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time.

What you'll do

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects (e.g., HRIS implementations, system integrations, process automation)
- Serve as the connective tissue between People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors — translating business needs into clear technical requirements
- Build and maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs, and stakeholder communications
- Partner with the People Operations and Systems team to manage configuration, testing, and rollout of new tools and workflows
- Drive process documentation and change management efforts to ensure sustainable adoption across the organization
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current HR operations and proactively propose solutions, leveraging process improvements, automation and AI solutions

What we're looking for

- 4–6 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in an HR or People Operations context
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (UKG Pro, Workday, or similar strongly preferred)
- Strong command of project management frameworks and methodologies




- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Excellent communication skills — you can translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences without losing nuance
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus
