Role Purpose

Performs a variety of key technical duties and activities. Leads projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve significant material cost reductions without compromising product quality.
- Develop a scalable process for evaluating and implementing resin alternatives across business units.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Document findings, processes, and recommendations for future implementation.

Experiences/Education - Required

- Student in the final semesters of a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Basic understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
- Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to interpret data and propose practical solutions.
- Research Skills: Capable of conducting technical and market research.
- Interpersonal and Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working in cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management Skills: Organized and able to manage tasks and timelines.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; basic knowledge of C# or other programming languages and SQL is a plus.
