In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for enabling and accelerating the adoption of SAP solutions through the creation and management of learning content and user support using SAP Enable Now, acting as a bridge between SAP functional knowledge and the operational needs of end users. The role translates SAP processes, transactions, and workflows into clear, actionable, and performance-oriented materials, facilitating effective system usage and operational continuity.

Works in close collaboration with SAP functional and technical consultants, Change and Training teams, and business areas,



ensuring that content is aligned with business processes, the timing of change, and the needs of each audience. The role maintains a constant focus on adoption, user experience, and operational effectiveness, contributing to a smooth and sustainable transition toward new SAP models and solutions.

Required technical and professional expertise

Experience with SAP Enable Now in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects is required. The candidate must be able to work with business experts to understand functional processes, record them, and transform them into interactive simulations, videos, step‑by‑step guides, and other learning materials. In addition, the candidate must ensure the quality, organization, and version control of the generated content to support system adoption by end users.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain training content using SAP Enable Now.
- Record business processes directly in SAP S/4HANA to develop interactive simulations, videos, and step‑by‑step guides for end users.
- Collaborate with SMEs to understand business processes and transform them into clear and effective learning materials.
- Design and optimize simulations incorporating screenshots, navigation flows, step‑by‑step instructions,



text bubbles, and other elements that enhance the learning experience.
- Organize and manage content within SAP Enable Now, including folder structures, version control, and publishing of materials.
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of training materials with defined business processes.
- Participate in implementation or migration projects to SAP S/4HANA, developing materials that facilitate system adoption by end users.
- Support Change Management and Training teams by generating learning content for end users.
