Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Process Delivery Specialist: Record to Report, you will manage and oversee daily transactions related to the financial record‑keeping process. You will ensure timely and reliable financial data delivery, enabling informed decision‑making for clients.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

- Manage Financial Transactions: Oversee and process daily transactions, including collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial information. This involves ensuring data accuracy and completeness to support financial reporting and decision‑making.
- Analyze Financial Data: Extract and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. This includes reconciling budgets, forecasting, and performing financial controls.
- Maintain Financial Records: Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date financial records, including fixed assets management and financial reporting. This involves maintaining compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Deliver Financial Insights:



Provide timely and reliable financial data to enable informed decision‑making for clients. This involves understanding key performance indicators and communicating financial results effectively.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

- Exposure to Financial Record‑Keeping (Accounting): Experience working with financial record‑keeping processes, including collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial information.
- Data Analysis Skills: Exposure to data extraction, analysis, and interpretation, with an understanding of key performance indicators and budget reconciliation.
- Financial Controls Knowledge: Experience working with financial controls and procedures, including forecasting and fixed assets management.
- Financial Reporting Experience: Exposure to preparing and delivering accurate and timely financial reports to support informed decision‑making.
- Transaction Management: Experience managing and overseeing daily transactions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

- Advanced Financial Analysis: Exposure to complex financial transactions, including data extraction, analysis, and interpretation, with an understanding of key performance indicators and budget reconciliation.
- Financial Planning Knowledge: Experience working with financial controls and procedures, including forecasting and fixed assets management, to support informed decision‑making.
- Specialized Accounting Skills: Exposure to preparing and delivering accurate and timely financial reports, with a focus on data accuracy and completeness. Journal entry creation and posting as well as account reconciliations.
