Descripción - Maintain, update, and enforce the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards.

- Establish and standardize inspection criteria, SOPs, and quality control checklists for electrical products.
- Oversee incoming inspection of critical components (breakers, busbars, relays, enclosures) to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Monitor in-process assembly, focusing on key quality parameters such as torque specifications, busbar alignment, clearance/creepage distances, and wiring integrity.
- Supervise and validate Factory Acceptance Testing and routine testing, including:
- Dielectric / High-potential (Hi-pot) testing - Insulation resistance testing (Megger) - Contact resistance testing (Ductor) - Implement and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)



to eliminate recurring issues and improve manufacturing performance.
- Build and lead a quality team (engineers, inspectors, technicians) to support production ramp-up from initial volumes to full-scale manufacturing.

Perfil buscado A successful Quality Manager should have:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering or similar.
- 5-7 years of QA/QC experience in electrical manufacturing.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving decisions in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of ANSI/IEEE, UL (891, 1558), ISO standards, plus electrical schematics and assembly processes.
- Hands-on experience with high-voltage testing (Hi-pot, Megger, Ductor), quality methodologies (CAPA, RCA), and advanced English.
