Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and the profile of the idóneo candidate Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials Post job openings on internal and external job boards as directed Organize and attend job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other outreach efforts to source candidates Manage and update company career pages on various platforms Compile and report on recruitment metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process Follow-ups with the TA team in regard to background checks and pre-employment screenings Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends and best practices Assist with special projects and other HR or recruiting-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a Recruiting/HR coordinator or Administrative roles Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential Strong communication skills in both verbal and written Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
