Responsibility # Lead the Mexico sales team to achieve annual and quarterly targets; develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies. Partner with the Executive General Manager to implement general initiatives and drive sustainable growth. # Develop new customer segments and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients in the Mexican wind power market (including developers, utilities such as CFE, and EPCs). # Conduct market intelligence activities (customer demand analysis, competitor benchmarking, industry trend monitoring) to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. # Support strategic decision-making by analyzing Mexico's energy policies, utility procurement mechanisms, and developer requirements. # Manage end-to-end sales processes, including contract negotiation, commercial terms, delivery coordination, and payment collection. Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal standards while balancing growth and risk. # Collaborate with internal teams (R& D, engineering, finance, legal, supply chain)



to deliver competitive solutions and support market expansion. # Stay updated on Mexican import/export regulations, renewable energy policies, permitting requirements, and industry standards. # Proactively identify and manage regulatory, contractual, and operational risks in overseas sales activities.

Qualifications # Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.10+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in renewable energy or wind sales management.

Experience in Mexico or Latin America preferred. # Strong understanding of the Mexican renewable energy market (developers, utilities such as CFE, EPCs). Proven track record in market development and deal execution. # Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic, results-driven, and adaptable in complex environments. # Fluent in Spanish and English, Willingness to travel as needed.
