Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding scalable ways to manage conduct risk. We're looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to identify regulatory obligations, review associated risks, and suggest controls to mitigate these risks.

You'll be conducting testing in a dynamic, digital, and data-driven environment.



Validating if regulatory obligations are mapped to existing controls in line with Mexican regulations Providing guidance and support to team members in conducting quality control checks Reviewing work performed by regulatory compliance SMEs with high attention to detail Maintaining and improving compliance methodologies, adapting to regulatory or process changes Reviewing quality and documentation across teams in the first and second lines of defence 4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance across the three lines of defence within fintech, banking, consulting, or regulatory institutions ~ A solid understanding of regulatory compliance controls and best practices ~ An interest in compliance and continuous learning ~ Fluency in English A degree in law, finance, engineering, or related field Experience in audit or assurance within risk and compliance Expertise creating or using testing procedures or scripts Building a integral financial super app isn't enough.
