Key Responsibilities:# Logistics booking & pickup arrangement: submit trucking requests, confirm pickup dates, track factory vehicle access and carrier transit info, and complete urgent system submissions on the same day.# Export documentation: prepare and review invoices, packing lists, BOMs, Spanish CCP, BOL, and railway documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.# Customs clearance & compliance: send documents to Mexico/US customs brokers, review customs declarations, track DODA transit docs, prepare USMCA Certificate of Origin, and assist with import clearance.# Logistics coordination & communication: coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues, support sales teams in monitoring logistics milestones, and communicate daily with foreign forwarders and clients. Qualifications:#2–3 years of local Mexico experience in documentation, shipping, or customs.# Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and business-level English (written and spoken).# Proficient in Excel/Word and able to write professional business emails in English.# Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and strong cross-departmental communication and problem-solving skills.
