They're building out their retention engine and need an email designer who can ship high-volume, conversion-ready email creative without sacrificing quality.This is not a brand design role. Pretty doesn't always convert: the right combination of offer framing, layout, and visual hierarchy does.

You'll be producing revenue-driving campaigns and flows, fast, clean, and built to perform in the inbox, not on Dribbble. Design high-volume email creative : promotional campaigns, product launches, and lifecycle flows (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, winback)Design mobile-first, modular layouts that hold up at 600px and in dark mode: fast-loading, live text where it matters, no broken rendersProduce rapid A/B variants (hero, layout, CTA placement) and iterate based on performance data: clicks and revenue per send,
