Job Description and Responsibilities

A growing company is seeking a Sales Specialist with native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and intermediate English to strengthen the client portfolio, generate new business opportunities, and provide sales follow-up to current and potential clients.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Identify and acquire new clients to increase sales.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Provide customer service, follow-up, and sales support to current and potential clients.
- Prepare quotes and sales proposals.
- Follow up promptly on quotes and negotiations until the sale is closed.
- Visit clients to identify needs and promote products or services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience and Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
- Native Mandarin Chinese (required).
- Experience in customer service and follow-up.
- Negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work toward goals and develop long-term business relationships.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Availability to visit clients.

Language

- Mandarin Chinese: Advanced (HSK 7–9)
- English: Intermediate to advanced
