Job Summary

Acuity Brands’ New Grads Program in Mexico aims to integrate recent graduates with high potential into our organization, fostering their professional growth in a dynamic environment. Selected candidates will work on strategic projects, gain experience, and develop the skills needed to contribute to our long‑term success.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)





- Participate in structured onboarding and cultural integration sessions.
- Support daily operations and assist in functional projects.
- Collaborate with managers and leaders to develop technical and soft skills.
- Bring fresh perspectives and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Attend regular development check‑ins and provide status updates on projects.
