Responsibilities

- Proposals for changes in layout and / or new process.
- Apply and implement lean manufacturing techniques on the continuous improvement projects.
- Safety and ergonomics analysis.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing process.
- Coordinate equipment delivery to production.
- Analysi s activities for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Professional degree: Aerospace Eng., Mechatronics Eng., or similar
- English 80% conversational
- Experience in machining processes, data managment, power BI
- +5 year of experience in proyects or similar positions
- Lean Manufacturing & Projects Management Skills
- Strong communication skills, Teamwork, discipline commitment and punctuality
- Results-oriented and execution. Presentations and good communication skills 80% English level
- CATIA, Autocad, Lean Manufacturing knowledge. Demonstrated experience in the usage of lean tools as 5'S, RPS, VSM.
- Implementation of improvements focus on efficiency and quality
- Visa / Availability to travel
- Lean Manufacturing and Problem Solving
