Release & control product drawings, create & maintain item master data in ERP system, work with engineering team and world-wide stakeholders to ensure business smoothly running

- Create new product item in ERP system with required item attributes across CCNs to smooth ICA (inter-company automation) order booking process
- Pre-setup product BOM per request to smooth purchasing & planning flow
- Release and control product drawings, confers with drawing originators or engineering personnel to resolve discrepancies
- Release & maintain product BOM/routings in ERP system, verify completeness and ensure ERP data accuracy
- Work with design team to execute product change orders and make item data changes in ERP
- Maintain product item STD cost correctly and timely
- Post notification about drawing release and ERP data changes to related departments
- Work with general CSR, designer, FAE,



programmer & QA to solve problems during SEMI product project release (NB, ECO, ECP, RGA etc.)
- Cooperate with cross-function team to solve EPR item mater data setup issues and enable business flow from ERP system

- College degree or above. Industrial Engneer
- Demonstrated experience with data entry & MRP system, especially G2 & Epicor.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, understand product engineering change process.
- Familiar with document control process and MRP system data maintain
- Work in a fast-paced environment and get results in a timely manner/multi-tasking abilities.
