About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful professional to collaborate on upcoming aviation projects. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of complex design and construction initiatives. The idóneo candidate brings a strong background in project management and project controls, coupled with a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle from initial design through construction completion. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful execution of aviation infrastructure projects.
- Oversee and implement project controls, including schedule management, cost forecasting, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
- Guide projects through the complete design and construction lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Proactively identify project bottlenecks and implement resourceful, effective solutions.
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with clients and internal leadership, delivering exceptional service and support at all project phases.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare comprehensive progress reports, and track key performance indicators.





Required Qualifications

- Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Project Management and/or Project Control.
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the complete design and construction process.
- Core Competencies: Strong proficiency in project scheduling, cost control, budget management, and contract administration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Aviation Experience: Previous experience working on airport or aviation‑related infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
