We are looking for a Production Planner to join our manufacturing operations in Zapopan, Jalisco .

This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong foundation in production planning, systems, and Lean Manufacturing , who is ready to grow in a global and collaborative environment .

What you’ll do

- Create and maintain detailed production plans to meet customer demand.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Logistics , both locally and globally.
- Manage MRP/ERP recommendations , inventory levels, and production schedules.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on material flow, inventory optimization, and on-time delivery .
- Interact with global stakeholders, requiring regular communication in English .

What we’re looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related).
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, planning, or engineering roles.




- Solid understanding of production planning concepts and systems .
- Experience or exposure to Lean Manufacturing .
- Conversational to advanced English (mandatory – general interaction).
- Availability to work on-site in Zapopan and one Saturday every two weeks (no shift rotation).
- Close exposure to senior technical profiles and mentors .
- Hands-on experience in a Lean, structured manufacturing environment .
- Interaction with international teams in purchasing and logistics.
