We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to support our manufacturing operations in Mexico. This position will be responsible for daily HR management and full‑cycle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, training, performance support, compliance, and HR administration.
The idóneo candidate should have 5–6 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably from large‑scale plants or automotive / industrial manufacturing companies such as Top Group, Sanhua, Toyota, or similar organizations. Strong English communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations for the Mexico plant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, training, and offboarding.
- Support hiring for direct labor, technicians, engineers, supervisors, and office positions.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, HR files, and related documentation in compliance with local labor requirements.
- Coordinate payroll‑related information, including attendance, overtime, absences, and employee changes.
- Handle employee relations matters, workplace communication, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support training programs, performance reviews, employee development, and engagement activities.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and company rules are properly implemented across the plant.
- Support compliance with Mexican labor law, company policies, internal audits, and government requirements.
- Track headcount, turnover, attendance, and other HR data; prepare regular HR reports as needed.
- Work closely with production,
operations, finance, and management teams to support workforce stability and plant operations.
- Assist with other HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or solar / photovoltaic component manufacturing.
- Strong experience in full‑cycle HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, training, and compliance.
- Prior experience in a large manufacturing plant with a high employee headcount is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Mexican labor law, plant‑level HR operations, and employee relations practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and support both hourly and salaried employees.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with international companies or cross‑cultural teams is a plus.
Preferred Background
- Experience from large‑scale manufacturing companies, especially automotive, industrial, solar, or photovoltaic component manufacturing.
- Candidates with HR experience from companies such as Top Group, Sanhua, Toyota, or similar manufacturing organizations are highly preferred.
- Strong plant HR experience with exposure to high‑volume employee management.
- Hands‑on, practical, detail‑oriented, and able to work closely with production teams.
