Responsibilities

- Develop new features for the core AI platform
- Design, build, and deliver features end-to-end from high-level ideas
- Build backend services using Python
- Develop frontend components using React
- Participate in system design and architectural decisions
- Ensure performance, scalability, and clean code practices
- Contribute to fast iteration cycles in a rapidly evolving product
- Communicate proactively about progress, risks, and blockers.

Requirements

- Strong experience with Python (real‑world web development in production)
- Experience with frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or similar
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await)
- Hands‑on experience with React (not just theoretical knowledge)




- Experience building APIs and handling authentication
- Experience with relational databases and caching (Redis)
- Cloud experience (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable)
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor
