What You’ll Do

- Build a team by sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and hiring the right candidates.
- Work with Product Management to define the roadmap, MVP, and key metrics.
- Collaborate with Architects and team leads to design the product architecture.
- Manage software engineers, fostering career growth and solid team practices.
- Participate in development and testing across teams.

What We Are Looking For

- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years as a tech lead or similar management role with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent coaching, team building, and collaboration abilities.




- Business‑oriented mindset with ability to track and communicate metrics.
- 2+ years leading a product engineering team in a product company.
- Strong technical background, particularly with .NET.
- Public cloud experience.
- Experience with Agile development.
- Knowledge of Angular and AWS (plus).
- Advanced English proficiency.
