Descripción

- Lead end-to-end public and private bidding processes across LATAM and North America
- Analyze RFPs, RFIs and RFQs, ensuring full compliance and strong commercial positioning
- Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations and HQ teams
- Manage bid timelines, deliverables, risks and approvals under strict deadlines
- Act as the central point of contact between regional teams and the global bidding organization
- Support go / no‑go decisions and bid strategy definition
- Prepare and submit high‑quality proposals, including clarifications and presentations




- Identify and proactively track upcoming bidding opportunities
- Participate in on‑site bid presentations when required

Perfil buscado

- Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex bidding processes (public and private)
- Proven hands‑on experience executing bid tasks end‑to‑end
- Background in an international or multinational company
- Advanced English (mandatory); Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus
- University degree in Business, Law or related fields (legal profiles must have strong commercial/sales exposure)
- Availability to travel occasionally within LATAM and the U.S.

- Salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 mxn monthly
