key responsibilities warehouse operations
- supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- ensure timely delivery of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production schedules and customer requirements.
- monitor warehouse workflow and allocate resources to meet operational objectives.
- implement and maintain warehouse procedures, processes, and best practices.
inventory management
- maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation activities.
- investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
- ensure compliance with inventory control policies and fifo/fefo methodologies where applicable.
team leadership
- lead, coach, develop, and evaluate warehouse personnel, including supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates.
- conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback.
- coordinate staffing requirements, scheduling, and workload balancing.
- promote employee engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives.
required qualifications education
- bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration,
industrial engineering, or a related field preferred.
- equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
experience
- 5–8+ years of warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- experience with erp and warehouse management systems (sap, oracle, jde, microsoft dynamics, or similar).
- experience supporting manufacturing production operations.
technical skills
- strong inventory control and material flow management knowledge.
- proficiency in microsoft office suite, particularly excel.
- experience with barcode scanning systems and warehouse automation technologies.
- understanding of lean manufacturing and 5s principles.

- strong leadership and people management skills.
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
