About Us

Imatik is a specialist Cisco Project and Managed Services provider based in the UK. We design, deploy, and support secure network infrastructures for clients across multiple sectors. We're expanding our remote team and looking for a highly skilled Cisco engineer to join us from Mexico.

Role Overview

You’ll work on a mix of support tickets and project delivery tasks, helping manage and deploy Cisco and Meraki solutions for our clients. This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone confident working independently but also as part of a remote team.

Requirements

- CCNP certification (required)
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing, switching,



and wireless
- Deep knowledge of Cisco Meraki
- Able to troubleshoot and configure complex network environments
- Excellent spoken and written English

Nice to Have

- Experience with Cisco ISE, Firepower, or SASE
- Familiarity with managed service environments
