1. Develop customized Alarm and Measurements dictionaries, tailored for the customers’ network implementation and use cases.
2. Fault Management – Identify alarm filtering methodologies to minimize the volume of tickets the service providers must respond to in the network.
3. Performance Management – Identify Key Performance Indicators (Operational indicators) and Key Capacity Measurements (Growth clues) to facilitate planning and operational efficiencies.
4. Support the customer’s solution verification of the end-to-end FM/PM NBI interfaces in the customers’ integration lab.
5. Collaborate with product teams to gather alarm and measurement details for program releases and customer issue clarifications.
6. Follow established processes including consistency of FM/PM Excel dictionaries across network elements, status tracking, and change control.
7. Attend weekly meetings with the customer to discuss open work items.
Required skillset:
1.
Experience working in a customer-facing high-pressure environment, managing issues from multiple sources weekly.
2. Proficiency with IMS architecture and basic call flows.
3. Proficiency in SNMP, 3GPP (PM), Grafana, FluentD.
4. Knowledge of cloud computing, Nokia CloudBand, and/or Nokia Cloud Platform based on Red Hat.
5. Proactive follow-up with client product teams or third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.
6. Ability to identify potential interface issues during system upgrades or additions.
7. Ability to produce high-quality documentation on time.
8. Adaptability to frequent changes in plans.
9. Good communication skills and customer rapport.
