Role Overview
Location: Mexico City (on‑site, local presence required)
Role type: On‑Site Support / End‑User Support (not a development role)

- Hands‑on hardware and desktop support
- End‑user / floor support
- Local incident handling and coordination
- Physical presence in the office as needed
Profile Expectations
- Strong experience in on‑site support environments
- Comfortable with hardware troubleshooting and break/fix
- Able to work independently and interface directly with users
- Prior financial services experience is a plus, but not required

- Language: Spanish required; English working proficiency preferred
