Position Type: Part-time (20 hours per week) The Talent Management Partner plays a critical role in supporting Talent Management operations by providing comprehensive administrative and technical support across North America (NA) and select global initiatives Responsibilitie - Perform tasks within Company Academy related to training administration, training records, reporting, end-user support, and help requests.
- Manage and respond to Company -Training inbox inquiries, including support for mandatory compliance training.
- Maintain communication with the Company Master Data team for SAP updates impacting Company Academy.
- Maintain and update Peak Performance application data and troubleshoot end-user issues with a deep understanding of the app's functionality and configuration, generate reports.
- Support Talent Review processes,
including Power BI reporting for global HR partners.
- Compile and analyze data from multiple systems for executive reporting.
- Learn and adopt new systems and develop training resources for integral HR partners.
Qualifications - Knowledge of IT, HR, or Learning Systems preferred.
- Communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness to take on new tasks, projects, and systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment without direct supervision
